Stephen Meisel - This was shot for Vogue Italia in 2007 - I love the way the models seem to blend into the background with the help of temp tattoos. The colours of the photograph are muted, relieving the viewers eye from the otherwise intense clashing patterns. The colours are so muted in fact they give an almost fifties or sixties feel, especially with the ‘beehive’ hair style and the winged make up.
